Up until 2021, I lived in Ireland (Cork and Wexford) for 24 years. I have close family and friends there and consider it my second home. In Ireland I birthed and brought up my children, I studied, worked, built amazing friendships and learned how to drive. For some years I ran a Yoga studio and Ayurvedic Practice from my home and worked with clients from all walks of life. 

Covid taught me how to bring my offerings online and so, although I now live in Murnau, Bavaria, I continue to offer individual and group sessions as well as courses online to my English speaking clients.
